Mindful Meditation
+ Gentle Yoga

This class flows at a slow-easy pace.

Gentle yoga, with its emphasis on breathing and quiet reflection, allows us to come away feeling flexible in our bodies, relaxed in our minds, calmed in our nervous systems, with a sense of spiritual rejuvenation. 

Expect low-impact movement and seated poses with extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and deep relaxation.

Spark your awareness, indulge in some you time and ease your way through the weekend with some blissful gentle yoga and mindful meditation.


With a passion for holistic health and yogic teachings, Michelle provides an integrated approach to healing that allows you to experience and embody your true essence and find freedom from the busyness of life.

Michelle Atzweiller

Michelle is a meditation guide, certified yoga teacher and Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience in energy healing and yogic practice.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of styles of yoga (Hatha, Restorative, Kundalini, Yoga Nidra), and makes yoga accessible and meaningful to people with all physical conditions and body types

With an intention to be of service, to uplift and empower others on their journey of self discovery, you can find Michelle teaching virtually or at her boutique studio, Calm & Conscious Living, nestled in the heart of the Blue Mountains./p>
