In this activity, you will be inspired by your natural environment as you journey with Julia to explore this transformational mindfulness practice.

This is what we’ll be exploring in this workshop, using paints, brushes and a canvas as our medium.
Being surrounded by magnificent nature will help us tune into our inner knowing and connect with our most heartfelt yearnings and desires.
We will then embark on a creative painting process that will show us what decisions we need to make and what actions we need to take in order to assure that the future we are envisioning, effortlessly becomes our manifest reality.
This process will also help us connect with what makes us come alive and will help open us up to new, exciting and inspiring possibilities.
Whether you are a seasoned artist, just a beginner or somewhere in between, you’ll have fun, explore what's possible and become much clearer about your next steps towards creating your most desired life and future.
