A nature baby from a very young age, Beth Montgomery intuitively understood the healing benefits of our wild places and time spent in stillness and silence. A lifetime of camping and adventuring in wilderness has been Beth’s greatest teacher. She has deep gratitude for the wisdom and knowledge all her teachers have shared with her. Beth has come to know that when you nurture your soul, your life is transformed. Personal practices have served Beth well in her career, her personal athletic pursuits and in her life in general. Following a long and happy career in event marketing and communications, Beth founded and operates Soul Nurturer (TM) a place to share Nature and Forest Therapy, Restorative Yoga and Path to Peace Personal Journeying.
As a certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, certified Forest Therapy Guide and Coach, Beth has all the credentialing and passion for sharing these powerful practices. While she brings an inspired balance of educational theory and personal enthusiasm to her students, mostly she just holds space and opens doors for them to come home to themselves.
