A nature baby from a very young age Beth Montgomery sought out quiet places to allow her mind to quiet and her soul to speak. What she has come to know is that when you nurture your soul your life is transformed. Mindful meditation and yoga practice has benefited her immensely in her career, her personal athletic pursuits and in her life in general. Beth has deep gratitude for the wisdom and knowledge her teachers have shared with her.
Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Certificate in Applied Specialization in Mindfulful Meditation from the University of Toronto, extensive teacher training in Mindful Self-Compassion with Center for Mindful Self-Compassion, a Certificate in NeuroPositive Coaching and 200 hour Yoga training with additional specialty training Certification in Restorative Yoga. Beth has a passion for sharing these powerful practices and she brings an inspired balance of educational theory and personal enthusiasm to her students.
