Jax McCauley resides in St. Catharines, On. She would be described as light hearted, compassionate, super connected, cool and fun. She's always lead an athletic life style through many activities and team sport until numerous hockey injuries lead her to the grace of yoga.
For the past 7 years she has dedicated her life to being a devoted and enthusiastic teacher and student of yoga through the practices of self love, gratitude, meditation, journaling, active self inquiry and asana in many forms while favouring Baptiste inspired power yoga. Through these practices she has deepened her own sense of value, power and importance of connection to self and being for others.
She completed her 200hr YTT through Power Yoga Canada as well as a 40hr Assisting Intensive training, one on one mentorship training, lead a yoga retreat in the jungles of Panama and also has attended and facilitated many workshops and programs, including the powerful Baptiste inspired program 40 days to personal revolution and a program of her very own creation called SSLG (Speak Straight, Listen Generously). She also traveled to Thailand May 2018 to complete her Baptiste Level 1 training lead by Baron himself!
Jax teaches 7 regular classes/week at Power Yoga Canada St. Catharines and InPower in Grimsby. She is also currently an active student in her 300hr teacher training at PYC. She believes and knows the power of being a student everyday in these practices and is dedicated to supporting others discovering their very own super powers within.
