In this 90 minute workshop Justine will go through the different stages of life and why eating salads could be doing more harm than good for you.
She will look at how stress dictates a lot of how your body will experience peri-menopause, all from an Ayurveda perspective.
Ayurveda is yoga's sister science looking at lifestyle, food and herbs as a way to bring the body back into balance so you do not suffer through peri-menopause's extreme up and downs.
You will leave with some easy to implement tips and a roadmap on how to navigate 'the change'.
Justine has been in the health & wellness industry for over 8 years. She has seen the impact in her own life when hormones have become unbalanced. This is why she has made it her mission to empower and educate women on becoming their own hormone detective. Recognizing change can occur with some simple diet & lifestyle changes.
Justine is a trained and certified Ayurveda Wellness Counsellor, Nutritional Therapist and Yoga Teacher.
